I am very disappointed with how fast the service at this establishment diminished. For the first few days of opening, it was delicious and I thought this was going to be my new spot(favorite place to eat). However, after the first few days, they got every order wrong afterwards and I kept giving them chances. Then I only went for the ice until one day I forgot about my ice and went to my cup to eat some of it and found the ice melted and when I looked in the cup, there were floating particles and dirt. This place is awful. If you cannot even make ice, better yet, keep an ice machine clean, you cannot have my business. If my friends experiences of the food making them sick did not stop me from going, the dirty ice made me call it a quit. Obviously the employees need to be retrained and this business needs revamping already.

I was truly amazed by the good & fast service the first time we went. Their milkshakes are the greatest! The second time around my hamburger was raw in the middle.
